Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a free drone roof check we collect your name, telephone number, email address, address or postcode, and the details you give us about your roof.

If we carry out a drone survey we record video of your roof and keep notes and a quote linked to your details. When you open your survey page we record that it was viewed, and any booking request or quote acceptance you make.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, carry out the roof check, send you your video and quote by email or text, arrange and carry out work you ask for, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Drone videos

Your video is stored privately and shown only through your own private link. It is deleted automatically 90 days after it is sent, unless you ask us to keep it longer. We fly with care and aim to record only your roof.

Staff sign-in

Our staff area uses Google sign-in or email and password. For staff we only receive their name and email address from Google, used solely to let them sign in.

Who we share it with

Trusted services that run our website, storage and email/text delivery, only so they can provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Drone videos for 90 days. Enquiry, quote and job records for as long as needed for the work and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to remove your video early, by emailing AtlantisRoofing22@hotmail.com or calling 01753 375257. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
